I had a great two-night stay as a couple. The quirky decor and fun feel made the place unique. We loved the mini balcony and the fact that the tramway stop is right next door. Plus, the gym access was a nice bonus 😄

The location is just unbeatable, right near cool bars & restaurants. A bit small for a couple with luggage tho, and our shower flooded the bathroom 🌧️ not too shabby for a fun stay!

The location is excellent and the front desk staff were helpful.
The rooms are very small. The breakfasts were disappointing and should be served in a breakfast room and not left outside the door of the bedroom

The location was central, near all the restaurants, restaurants at new regent street and tourist tram & cathedral square, and there were a cathedral and a theatre close to the venue. And it was at a medium distance from Casa Publica, ate there couple of times.

the location of the hotel was by far the best thing about it but even that was marred by the smells coming from the nearby food outlet
the reception staff member did not have very good customer service skills. The cooridor outside my room was quite dark and the room was incredibly dusty

Opt for a room on the tram side for a quieter night's sleep, as roadside rooms can be noisy on weekends.

The room was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and a comfy bed, made it hard to leave. I loved the large windows that offered a fine view of the city, and having on-site parking was convenient.

The hotels location was it's best attribute. The staff were helpful, however were unable to accommodate a room change due to the many people staying at the hotel for Earthquake related issues.
The fact that the 'Internet Computer' located on the second floor was always down.

The location is fantastic for accessing
Local attractions, as it's right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was a hassle as we had issues finding spaces around the area.
